Type of Slider: The type of the Slider can be either infinitely sliding or the slider will stop sliding when either of its end is reached (in this case the next button will not work if the right end of the slider is reached).
Slide Easing Effect: Select the easing effect for the horizontal flashcards carousel.
Speed of Transition: Enter numeric values like 5 or 6 or 7, lower value indicates faster sliding. The speed of the slider is automatically calculated by multiplying this number by 100. Please do not put the numbers like 300 or 500, as you should not multiply the numbers with 100 yourself.
Enable autosliding of slides: Select ‘Yes’ to enable autosliding/automatic slideshow and ‘No’ to let users click ‘Forward’ and ‘Backward’ buttons to slide the slideshow.
Time between Transitions: Enter numeric values like 30 or 40 or 50, lower value indicates the time between two transitions is less. The time between the transitions of the slider is automatically calculated by multiplying this number by 100. Please do not put the numbers like 300 or 500 or 4000, as you should not multiply the numbers with 100 yourself, otherwise the calculated values will be large as 30000 and so on which will cause slides appear very slow as the time between the transition is so large.
Number of Flashcards in the Flashcard Slider: Maximum number of Flashcards allowed in the Flashcard Slider.
Number of Items Visible in One Set: Number of Slides visible in the Slider.
Number of Items To Scroll while Sliding: Number of Slides sliding while the slider moves forward.
Complete Slider Width: The overall width of the slider. You can enter 0 to let the slider take the containers width.
Slide (Item) Width: Width of each slide in the Flashcard Slider.
Usually it should be calculated value i.e. Formula is
=(Total width of the slider/Number of Visible items in the slider) - Margin between the two slides (by default it is 10px between two slides) - (slide border thickness * ( Number of Visible items in the slider - 1) )
So if the total slider width is 900, Number of Visible items in the slider is 3, each slide is having 1px border: then the Slide(Item) width will be 288px (considering the 10px margin between each two slides) i.e
(900/3) - (10) - (1* (3-1) ) = 288
You can also set it as per the looks of the embedded slider or the preview i.e. trial and error method.
Slide (Item) Height: Height of the Flashcard Slide / Slider.
Slide Background Color: The background color of each slide. You can also select to have a transparent background.
Slide Border Thickness and Color: Border width of each slide and the border color .
Continue Reading Text : Enter the value of the continue reading text here, default being ‘Read More’. You can enter ‘more…’ or ‘continue reading..’ here or keep it blank in case you do not want any such link and text.
Minimum User Level to add Flashcard to the Slider : This seeting indicates which users can add or remove the flashcards images to the slider. You can give the permission to editors but not authors or keep the access restricted to the ‘Administrator’ from here.
Randomize Slides in Slider : You can randomize the slides added to the slider, so that everytime the page on which slider is embedded loads, the slides would appear in random order to the reader.
Flashcard Slider Stylesheet folder : You can creae your own styles for Flashcard Slider. From here you can select which stylesheet should be used on general templates (i.e. like index.php or category.php or archives.php or single.php or page.php) of your site.
Multiple Slider Feature : Tick this box to enable the switch to create and embed ‘multiple sliders’. Once this checkbox is ticked, you would get an option to create a new slider on the ‘Sliders’ admin page under ‘Flashcard Slider’ settings. Also, you can add flashcards to various created sliders and embed different sliders on different pages.
Enable FOUC : In case you tick this option, while the page with the slider is loaded, you can see the Flash of Unstyled content (i.e. the content in the slider will appear without any styling while the web page is loading). This box is uncheked by default, which means the complete slider with its content will be loaded at once when the complete DOM elements (html page) is ready and loaded.
